Account Deletion

Delete in the app

Open the Diedericks Dobermanns app, sign in, and go to Profile → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm the action is permanent before it takes effect — no support ticket or waiting period is required.

Delete by email

If you can't access the app, email diedericksdobermannssa@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will action it manually.

What is erased

• Your profile (name, contact details, address)
• Emergency contact and veterinarian details
• App account credentials and login access
• Uploaded photos and messages tied to your account

What is retained

Records of completed purchases, contracts, and invoices are kept as required by applicable tax and consumer-protection law. This data is retained in de-identified form wherever possible — see our Privacy Policy for details.
